The global objective of this evaluation was to measure effectiveness and efficiency and to assess the relevance, sustainability, coherence, and impact of the project implemented by the partners supported by the Fonds pour les Femmes Congolaises (FFC). The evaluation examined the results achieved by the nine organizations that received financial and technical support from the FFC to implement this project in the target provinces. It also looked at the actions implemented and the approaches used by the FFC.

To ensure the completeness of the evaluation, we used the six OCDE standard criteria, namely relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability, adding an analysis of the project’s accountability to its beneficiaries. The methodological approaches used focused on the participation and inclusion of all stakeholders involved in the project. Data collection methods were based on a literature review and on the qualitative and quantitative approaches.
